He has been twisting balloons into memories for over 40 years. "The Balloon Guy" is a graduate of the world-famous Ringling Brothers and Barnum & Bailey Clown College. He worked for 2 years for TNT and the Royal Olympic Circus, as well as 2 years with the Royal Palace Circus.
